At Mars By GHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

Handover to Courier
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized shipping partner location.

Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
